  1. That’s Wonderful Jennifer! Sorry it took me so long to get to it. What a nice spread!

    • Thank you. I liked the spread, too, and was quite happy that they paid promptly. I just read your missive about your last 6 months, so no worries about timing. I’m so sorry all that happened to you, but so glad things are looking up now. Hope you’re loving the new job.

      • Many thanks, Jennifer. Your spread really made me want to visit again. It’s all so amazing. It does feel good to get out of the house on a more regular basis. Sometimes when you are working a home base business it seems like you are on 24/7. Anyway, it is a work in progress…like everything else.

    • Oh good. Come for a visit and we will take you around. Yes, it does feel good to get out of the house (I guess you know I work from home, too). Last November, we took a trip to Thailand, Laos and Siem Reap, Cambodia, so that was REALLY getting out of the house. I’m still sorting pics (4,500 of them), but will get some blog posts going soon. I have finally learned that all of life is a work in progress. Change is inevitable. And sometimes that change is very difficult. But somehow, most of us come out ok on the other side, and sometimes even better than we were before. But I must admit, that view from your 30th floor is awful. Hope it’s not like that all the time. Cheers!

      • It isn’t like that all the time. We are very fortunate to back out onto one of the few green spaces in Toronto. It is a conservation area behind us. I just can’t bring myself to stop shaking long enough to look down and take some pictures. There are 4 or 5 deer back there that I can watch through the window. 😉
